They will promise many things at the time of hiring but there is no such thing as called hike in this organization. Even there is no fixed date of salary accreditation in the account. Many times salary is credited in the middle of the month. 4) There is no job security. They keep on hiring freshers with lower salaries to replace high-paid employees. Overall, you can join this company only if you have other plans to work on and you need a job only for a few months for financial security and to have enough time to work on your other plans in the office itself.

No job security , and as per communication before joining they said tha they will promote you after 6 month but after joining of six months there is no promotion and appresal
