Many times salary is credited in the middle of the month. 4) There is no job security. They keep on hiring freshers with lower salaries to replace high-paid employees. Overall, you can join this company only if you have other plans to work on and you need a job only for a few months for financial security and to have enough time to work on your other plans in the office itself.
