The management of this company lacks transparency. For freshers, they require checking both the PF account and CIBIL score. If a fresher already has a PF account with funds, they insist on making it zero by withdrawing all the money. If you're unable to withdraw all your PF and pension funds, you cannot join the company. There is a trial period of 7 days, during which they do not disclose the salary. Moreover, they don't provide any offer letter, and the appointment letter is only given after one month. They ask employees to commit to staying with the company for five years, without any formal bond. However, if you leave before completing five years, they will not issue an experience letter. After six months, they deduct 15% of your salary, which is only reimbursed if you work for five years, and without any interest.
