Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...e unable to withdraw all your PF and pension funds, you cannot join the company. There is a trial period of 7 days, during which they do not disclose the salary. Moreover, they don't provide any offer letter, and the appointment letter is only given after one month. They ask employees to commit to staying with the company for five years, without any formal bond. However, if you leave before completing five years, they will not issue an experience letter. After six months, they deduct 15% of your salary, which is only reimbursed if you work for five years, and without any interest. I was unable to join the company due to the PF issue and the overall lack of transparency in their management practices.
