Nothing at all. If you want to work on toxic environment where you will be questioned for even one min then you are more than happy to join this great company. The best thing about this company is they will ruin your carrier and your mental peace in no time.

Dislikes

German Mindset and you know the history. How they work and how the worlds treats them. Not a single thing is good here. Long working hours. Most stupid People you need to deal with everyday. They are the most panchyati Aurat. Can you imagine even the coffee time is also define. They invest maximum time in the micro management. For your mental peace and proper growth . In last one year 13-15 new joining me are done. Out of this 11 employee leave Groz beckert. Appraisal is only done for higher management. No hike no promotion
