In Nahar company, the senior positions held by HOD are mostly non-technical. When a mail comes from a customer, the department head transfers the mail to the junior if the junior does not understand the mail.When he went to ask the department head that how this work will be done, the head says why have you been kept, while the head himself does not know that work, he only follows up by threatening....Read More
