Nothing A fascade is created while you are giving your interview that there will be work. Other than for senior posts, there is not much work. Ones usually take online courses or part time courses or prepare for exams while being in employment. In that aspect, a good stepping stone.

Dislikes

Everything Work environment is not there. If you work and cannot show off much more, then you are considered not working. Management and Seniors will make qualified professionals do work of clerks and once in a fortnight will they be given quality work to do. Salary is never on time since junior management thinks keeping it on his table awaiting approval boosts his ego.
