I am associated with Globsyn Business School for last 7 years in HR department. The work culture at GBS is very collaborative. My colleagues and seniors are extremely supportive, from whom I have learnt a lot work-wise, There were times when things were excruciatingly challenging for me on a personal level, as I had to go through a medical emergency. During this time, the Management allowed me long leave, flexible working hours, and the option to work from home during my recovery period.
