Company is very good,Owners are kind and generous.They always posses most Advanced and new technologies. Very versatile company good for new learners.Mr Ramanan Nagrajan(CEO) is very kind man and Mr Navneet Krishnan(CTO) is very kind man with morals and generosity and top brass technical skills.One can get hands-on from software,hardware to product development.

Dislikes

They are unable to quote a project properly in terms of money,time and human resource, component availablilty,driver availablity. They must work on employees compensation as per market standards.Salary is very very less and for that also every month they have to strive to pay.They are unjust in giving salary as per skills, Qualification some partiality and biasing is there.Sometimes you don't get opportunity to be in lead even though you are sound enough to take lead but you will be under estimated.Project details and SRS are not noted properly and nor being shared properly which leads to project development and delivery design gap.NO paper work with client which incurs loss for the company.Indisciplined Noisy production team sits with the R&D and developer professionals....Read More
