Likes

Extremely Lacking Leads in LMS and more than 30 developers have resigned due to this. Worst part is the leads themselves will leave the company and not be there to face the consequences. Lack of leadership qualities in them will never be reflected.

Dislikes

No matter how much you work they will always blame you saying task is taking too much time. Extremely poor planning by leads and management from development side. Very very weak leads. Blame game is top

the work environment is characterized by a pervasive hire-and-fire culture, which has contributed to sense of job insecurity among employees. one particularly frustrating aspect is the initiation of perfomance improvement plan (PIPs) without clear reasons.

Dislikes

the organizational culture and communtication practices have made it challenging to find positive aspects of working at Finflux By M2P.
