They treat teachers as labour..!!! No fixed category of class No fixed timing Useless meeting No increment Sunday also sometimes classes Without pay back up class

At my school, we were taught in a way that was different from some other schools. Instead of memorizing facts and figures, our teachers encouraged us to think critically and creatively. They challenged us to ask questions and explore different perspectives. This approach helped us understand the material better and prepared us for alifetime of learning and growth. Dislikes

I have some concerns about the work culture and location of my school. Additionally, there are some members of the management team who exhibit mysterious behavior and have even forced some teachers to leave their positions mid-year.
