At my school, we were taught in a way that was different from some other schools. Instead of memorizing facts and figures, our teachers encouraged us to think critically and creatively. They challenged us to ask questions and explore different perspectives. This approach helped us understand the material better and prepared us for alifetime of learning and growth. I'm grateful for the education I received and the tools I gained to succeed in all areas of my life....Read More

I have some concerns about the work culture and location of my school. Additionally, there are some members of the management team who exhibit mysterious behavior and have even forced some teachers to leave their positions mid-year. - administration will treat you like a slave. - no fixed timings and meetings(useless) even in the evening or night after a day of tedious work. - people having no idea of the subject will try to mentor and make you do what they are willing to. -always a camera will be placed in front of you recording your each and every class(the most pathetic part). -no curriculum planning , every week expect to get a new curriculum - oiling the administration is your job security. - don't provide form 16 and the employer's share pf is deducted from your salary itself. -boast about activity based learning but ultimately end up to no result....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
