This could be the worst company I have ever worked with. The managers are spineless, zero support for good work BUT 100% partiality for those who can lic* the shoes. No employee valuation, no security. The work environment is so toxic that being from a prestigious university, I would never ever advise anybody to join this organisation. Its like a C*STING C*UCH system. But irony is, they call it PROFESSIONALISM Backst*bbing is so common here that it became a COMMON thing.
