Toxic Work Culture: User the leadership of Arjun Duggal, the work environment at Fastor 7 Technology was extremely toxic. Constant interruptions during lunch breaks by endless meetings and the expectation to work late regularly showcased a blatant disregard for work-life balance. Unethical Salary Practices: My resignation led to thecompany withholding my December salary, citing a policy against employees who leave without serving the notice period. Every review posted in march are fake because forced by management to post positive reviews. No work life balance No Policy - No Leave Policy, If you overtime on weekend then you will get one leave. Even you if you took medical leave , it is expected to be working on leave. Delay in salary till the middle of the month Toxic Culture Worst organization.
