I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Unethical Salary Practices: My resignation led to the company withholding my December salary, citing a policy against employees who leave without serving the notice period. This was in stark contrast to the company's routine of pressuring employees into unpaid overtime and disturbing into unpaid overtime and disturbing colleagues on sick leave for work tasks, indicating a clear imbalance in policy enforcement. No Support for Relocation: Joining Fastor 7 Technology involved a significant personal financial investment, including relocating to Delhi at my own expense. The company offered no support for relocation expenses, transportation, or food allowances, yet failed to pay my salary, exacerbating the financial and professional strain experienced. Lack of Ethical Practices: The company's practices and policies reflect a severe lack of ethics and consideration for employee welfare and rights.

There's no such thing in the office Even that is not an office that's a house, its their own old building

Dislikes

Everything is worst, salary comes 20 days late and even in installments, there's no work life balance, i would recommend not to join such company and there's no leave policy you can't take a leave
