Facillima is a private company and I usually listen that in private companies employees are not even treated as humans but in Facillima, our boss Samir gupta sir treats us as his own children. Here I feel my words even everyone's words matter a lot also my colleagues are very helpful in nature.

Dislikes

Sometimes we need to work more than office hours but that happens only when the customer delivery is important and on an urgent basis. But It cumpulsate when we ask for leave on an urgent basis with relevant reasons and we get that.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It is like a family for me. I have not heard any company like this in Software Industry. We have very informal and loving culture in the family.

Dislikes

Sometimes I feel some people's are having work pressure.
