My old workplace! Well, it was like sitcom where the punchline were delivered with a side of confusion and sprinkle of chaos. Picture this: a management team that could turn a simple "no" into an Olympic sport of manipulation. Casual Leaves? More like Casual Inquisition - Nobody dared to say this but its the truth. "Casual Leaves". You'd think they are asking for your life story! What are your plans? Who will you be with? Will you be eating pizza or sushi? Applying a casual leave feels like applying for top-secret government clearance. The Dictator and His Colony - The management structure resembles a dictatorship, with a leader and his loyal subjects (Management)- who, let's be honest, are probably just as bewildered as the rest of us.
