Facillima is a private company and I usually listen that in private companies employees are not even treated as humans but in Facillima, our boss Samir gupta sir treats us as his own children. Here I feel my words even everyone's words matter a lot also my colleagues are very helpful in nature.

Dislikes

Sometimes we need to work more than office hours but that happens only when the customer delivery is important and on an urgent basis. But It cumpulsate when we ask for leave on an urgent basis with relevant reasons and we get that.

Likes

This platform has given me a remote job with flexible hours and weekends off. Work culture is phenomenal, boss and colleagues are incredibly supportive. We also enjoy our regular team outings that strengthen our bond. With projects both in India and around the world, Facillima offers a truly global experience.
