1. Salary gets credited in time 2. Hybrid work model 3. Company location is good

Dislikes

1. Partiality and discrimination 2. Management is disrespectful 3. ProMotion and appraisal is terrible 4. No job security. One can be jobless next day 5. No company vision and business process and ideas. 6. Hiring and firing is on fast track. 7. Attrition rate is around 50% 8. Big and fabricated words are use with no logic and business goals 9. Hr gives a fake turnover imagination 10. Anyone can be your manager any day with out basic knowledge and education of the process 11.
