Since it is a Start-up you get to interact with multiple teams. You also have to perform some tasks which doesn't belong to your domain thus increasing your overall skills and expertise. Also the people are amazing here, it is overall a very collobarative environment.

Dislikes

The only complaint I've is related to working hours, you are supposed to work from Monday to Saturday and that too for 9 and half hours, thus exceeding working hours prescribed by law. The other issue I faced was related to the salary. The company used to credit your stipend or salary in 2-3 installments rather than one go, howeveryou can talk to the management if you want in one go and they also agree to your proposal....Read More
