1. Culture, for sure! 2. It’s a growing firm, which gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at a very fast pace 3. No layoffs - Job Security 4. Tons of perks on the top of your remuneration 5. Not a very complex salary structure like majority of the firms nowadays 6. Flexibility to work different hours and follows hybrid work policy 7. Almost flat hierarchy / org structure 8. Likes

The culture at Everest Group is great. I think they prioritize employee well being and culture, and that's what makes it unique. They provide a lot of flexibility as well, and you can expect a lot of support form your colleagues. Work wise an analyst gets to work on both back and front end, giving high client exposure.

Dislikes

I think work can get a little monotonous after a certain tenure but it is up to one self on how they can contribute and make it worthwhile.
