Full of office politics and favouritism. Also, there is no systematic way. One can avail their earned leaves only if someone else is ready to do all there works for the entire leave durations. This makes it really difficult for the other person who has to be the backup. Also, they will ask you to make 100 outbound calls a day to fulfill your performance metrics which makes it more of a BPO job rather than an Employee Relationship HR. Dislikes

Very corrupted work environment. Even the managers lie on your face bluntly even when you will be able to understand that the other person is accusing you based on lies. They also do not pay you overtime even if you are being required to work 2 hours extra in most of the days to complete work.
