It's a good organisation for the Women where they are allowed to learn and expand their domain even if they are hired as Sales Officer. They are often treated more respectfully and has a huge potential to grow within the Organisation.

Dislikes

Not an ideal organisation to work with because of the immense mental pressure given by Branch Manager/Cluster Head. If you are ambitious I wouldn't suggest ESAF SFB as you will fail to concentrate on your work or your life. You might probably think of learning and expanding your expertise but no matter which domain you are hired foryou will definitely end up doing hardcore sales with targets almost equal to the Sales Officers they have hired for. On the top of that Branch Manager will talk with a taunting/threatening tone and indirectly pressurising you to think about your targets after 10-11 hours of work of which I had to probably spend 8 hours in the market....Read More
