Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.

Have to improve staff benefits like Home loan rate, personal loans, consumer loan, staff yearly bonus system and outstation allowances also.

Salary is not at all good and it's varies every month. Same grade employees getting different salary. Career growth is very very slow. I am completing two years in the month of February and didn't get salty hick and grade change. Don't know why the HR department giving high salary packages for freshers and giving less salary in experienced persons.

If you not Fullfill the notice period pay 2 months salary for getting experience certificate....if the reason is helath issues

They don't know the hardworking.very poor salary scale. They don't bothered staffs. They need only profit. It not a place for pieceful work.

All are working here with unsatisfied . There is no freedom to work There is no time to take lunch too.
