Our MD sir is very supportive and he hand holds the team in terms of training & knowledge sharing. EPHY is the best platform for any fresher to nurture his/her career in the U.S Healthcare Industry. This is Ratna sundar. Iam working here from 6 months as medical trainee associate. Initially I use to be very much feared about the work. As the days passes I'm been motivated and trained so many this things in work just because of our MD Sir and HR department. MD sir use to clarify the doubts in positive manner. As I'm beginning a medical background this work is so much useful in future studies. Infrastructure was good and neatly maintained. Colices are very cooperative. We will be having weekend events like skill development games and music systems etc. As of now I am learning many new things in the work to increase ability in my future career.
