Best thing about the enveda is they will have the platform for giving /taking feedback in a positive way, which gives us a freedom for asking doubts or give the suggestions. And also in enveda you'll get lot opportunities to prove yourself and also you'll get acknowledgement for that.

-No job security, firing is very frequent. - Favoritism culture, biology filled with bengalis and chemistry with maharastrians. - Hard working people are often overlooked whereas favourite ones are often promoted. - Lots of micromanagement in biology by higher management. - Higher management creating disaster and is asking people toleave or they get fired. - People sleeping in company are getting promoted whereas those working continuously are asked to leave the company....Read More
