1.Strict office timings.8.15 am is login time.8.31 is considered late entry.If you come 3 times late to office in a month,even if it's 1 min late also half day leave they deduct,if no leaves available then LOP 2.They ask 2 yrs agreement for junior to stay in company and 3 yrs to stay for seniors.1 month Notice period applicable onlyafter 2 or 3 yrs completion. 3.They don't give relieving letter if you leave before 2 or 3 yrs.They are strict in that 4.If you get hike then next 1 yr you can't leave even if you have completed 2 or 3 yrs.Its a trap.If you leave you need to pay training cost for entire tenure and non compete cost,bonus and hike received for that year.Training cost and non compete cost applies even if they terminate you. 5.1 CL leave per month,no sick leave 6.Company with worst policies 7.Everyday management takes standup meeting and puts lot of pressure. 8.Management doesn't know how to respect managers 9.Appointment letter they give after 15 days of joining 10.Do partiallity between employees...Read More
