Worst Company to work with , They just start there office in same year June 20 , 2022 in Gurgaon, As i have joined in this company, during the time of joining,HR (Shakshi Sharma) manipulate soo much to join the company by saying we have very good environment here but trust me I have never seen toxic environment like this company, after training period there so called OJT manager Sammar Singh but zero team handling skills and so much partial and unnecessary attitude takes mock call and reject people on silly things and if you cross the mock call and hit oJT he will behave like he is the only one who have knowledge, even other managers are worst , They shout on floor openly like a fish market , they don't respect there employees. 1. Soo much politics over the floor, only favourite people can survive there even if they don't have any skill set. 2. They have only 3-4 courses to sell which are about to start from 20 Nov date extended 11 Dec So, the upper management decided to hire new people , they did mass hiring to get more sell in 2 months and when 20 Nov comes closure, they started laying off people from there jobs , 3. HR forced people to resign without any compensation. 4 They just use people for there personal benefits. 5 They are fooling there customers by giving so much false commitment. 6. never join the company...Read More
