I attended an interview and was selected for the position. However, I was informed that accepting the offer requires signing a compulsory two-year bond. I requested a day to consider this and subsequently emailed the company asking for a copy of the bond to review its terms and conditions. Additionally, I sought to discuss the salary details. Work life balance. That's the only thing you get here. People are cooperative. Chill environment. Good for freshers.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy of the management. But I think it's prevalent everywhere. No or little growth. You can get your creativity killed here. Be cautious.
