- You will be recruited without any project allocation, do not fall for the easy interview, it’s all a game to just show a headcount. - Job description is just to draw candidates in, the actual work is totally disconnected from your past experience. - No projects, make sure to get confirmation on mail before you are onboarded. - HR is over smart, bullies you into accepting the offer just for his KPI, DO NOT FALL FOR THE CASUAL CONVERSATION! It’s all a ploy. - More focus on sucking up to management. - Dirty politics to force employee to resign. - Only verbal promises, the management scurries away and gives lame excuses if you ask for confirmation on mail. - Government like job, just laugh at stupid jokes and be a yes man, you will stay here for long....Read More
