Opportunities and freedom to work but again there were no control from the management side.

Dislikes

Dion is sinking. Company has no vision and strategy where they want to heads up. Crisis of money. Salary not being paid on time and a lot of debts in the market. In fact their is a long queue of the existing employees who have left Dion and the FNF settlement is still not paid. Beyond this a lot of challenges and issues are there and this leads to restrict an individual growth in all perspective.

Work Details

The journey was interesting and a lot of learning took place but gradually same speed was not being maintain by the company drivers and slowly slowly the entire company business, employees and the clients left it.
