I truly respect the organization, I worked for almost 5 years, I hate politics in the bank, mallu domination, all mallus acts like they are MD's and it's their own Bank, this bank is good for ladies, not for men's or youngsters who dream about their career growth. No growth found in this organization, have seen many times salary cut as they wanted to show profit for the bank.. A other additional benefits slowly withdrawn, no increment...
