I wish there was a negative rating on company culture. Poorly managed organisation with no clear sight and values of their employees. Majorly managed by the likes of HR head smitha dey who if is insecure or not confident about herself standing next to you, will certainly start spreading rumours and negativity even if you are 1 day old at the company. Such bright future for growth in an organisation where hr head is herself I valued and insecure that she has to fight battles and plot lies. More to like about this organisation is the promotion of gossip from the hr with the cxos. This is the kind of thought leadership one can get. If you think that the likes were not enough, you are still welcomed to this section. Hr department takes pride in taking reviews without direct management notice plays along with the words takes it to her ego of you ask her to document the same. Also the documented version will be full of lies stating a one month old employee is notnetworking or performing without giving any insight on existing processes which she likes to keep up her but.
