Great benefits , cool office and free food . A lot of Reimbursements like mobile and internet ,DLF parking , gym memberships and many office parties .

Dislikes

No work culture . No role of HR . Just a start up like environment . Everyone needs to do everything and at anytime . No work distribution. Very very weak leadership team, EMs and Leads . Director and EM are just oversmart people .They have no idea about management or product improvisation. Just work any how on the implementation and change the logic after feedbacks from POs sitting in Europe . You won't feel like going to the office for work because of the leads and management. Soon planning for 5 days/week office ....Read More

HRs are the worst thing to happen to this company. Management is disconnected from L1 level employees. You get to be a senior engineer after 6-7 years of experience.
