Deloitte goes out of the way to promote females in order to maintain a healthy ratio in top management and keep it's image great while deserving folks are skittled away for less or given management gyan as to why they couldn't and they should strive harder. Healthy appraisals is also given to candidates who get after Partners' life and relentless in licking and storm up support.
