The work culture at dcirrus is really great. There's no hierarchy among the employees. An associate can directly reach out to the CEO and vice versa. Apart from work, we run fun fridays, GDs, etc to build the team spirit.

Dislikes

As we all complain about salary as the main issue, here at DCirrus also, salary and benefits are something that needs to be addressed by the company.

Work Details

I play lot of roles here at DCirrus. I design creatives for the social media and run campaigns. I look after the customer issues maintaining relationship with all the clients. I work on the user experience of the product and handle the web

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
