Working here has been a great test of my knowledge of technical tools like SQL, Microsoft Suite and more. Everyday brings new and exciting challenges and solving them has been a lot of fun. We learn something new everyday and each exercise brings forward new innovation and possibilities. There is sensible ecosystem for training and improving your technical skills. Opportunities to build expertise in different domains, is also abundant. We get to directly work with experienced professionals from India and onshore team in US. Dislikes

Being in the next generation start-up ecosystem that deals with billion-dollar US Datasets, One must always manage changing client data requirements and adhere to strict timelines. However, I do not consider this as a real "Con", as building analytics reports and providing impact assessments to clients, is part and parcel of a data analyst's role.
