Admin department & outdated HR policies. Politics among top management creating trouble for the entire workforce. No strong leadership for India team. Irresponsible & inefficient PMO/Technical team at the Middle East lead office. Work-life balance of Engineers & Modellers is horrible due to the unprofessional attitude of Middle East lead team and lack of strong leadership for India team. No hybrid working or WFH options.
