Worked with team spirit,better job security,best carrier growty,good salary,more travelling to distant branches and area mostly rural,social banking and imbalane work life

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.Most challanging working environment with risk , insufficient cash management and dirty politics.There is no better job training opportunity but aspections for high targets fulfill.

Work Details

I have done better in every field of banking with my full spirit and got succeed but i am afraid of dirty politics of bank management and trade unions.
