No job security worst work culture worst management they will say minimal salary with standard 3 months delay every time to employees third class company policy and internal politics. They gave snacks to all but stopped it due to cash shortage. How ridiculous.

Everything. If you have a self esteem then do not work here. Worst company ever. You won't gain any experience from this media house with a minimum salary.
