Salary on time, no debit due to leave with valid reason, job timing (7:30am to 7pm) optimum than other construction companies.

Dislikes

Non-adaptability of new practices; misguide on work process by MD himself, PM etc.; no job security - more than 15 nos. of resign and termination in every month - vacancy full always 😁; no value on designation - site supervisor and foreman will dominate you even if you are a highly qualified candidate.
