There is no Goal Setting or KRA Assigned, if they give targets it can be changed anytime and with no intimation. There is no achievable targets assigned to members, Just acquiring multiple companies is not going to help but should also be able to retain and keep members on Job. They fire members without any notice or intimation with no salary compensation.
