I am writing to express my disappointment with the way the recruiter Ms. Shweta behaved during our call regarding my face-to-face interview. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, when I contacted some current employees of the company, I discovered that the information Ms. Shweta provided me was completely inaccurate. I had received an offer of 12 LPA from the Gugaon location, but the positive feedback I received about the company made me willing to accept a lower offer of 9 LPA. However, due to Ms Shweta's behaviour, I have decided to withdraw my application. I would advise anyone considering an interview with this company to proceed with caution if Ms Shweta is the recruiter assigned to them. Otherwise, it would be best to contact the company directly. The company has excellent growth potential. People are supportive and get guidance to learn and develop further in their roles and skills. Supportive colleagues and people on all levels are pretty approachable.

Dislikes

None, unless you are not interested in working with start-ups. If you are open and willing, there is so much to learn and grow.
