I am writing to express my disappointment with the way the recruiter Ms. Shweta behaved during our call regarding my face-to-face interview. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, when I contacted some current employees of the company, I discovered that the information Ms. Shweta provided me was completely inaccurate. I had received an offer of 12 LPA from the Gugaon location, but the positive feedback I received about the company made me willing to accept a lower offer of 9 LPA. However, due to Ms Shweta's behaviour, I have decided to withdraw my application. I would advise anyone considering an interview with this company to proceed with caution if Ms Shweta is the recruiter assigned to them. Otherwise, it would be best to contact the company directly. Honestly, I didn't enjoy much about the company, but I did like the role and the work I was doing. It really helped me grow personally, which I am grateful for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, here you have to work day and night and have to give more than 12+ hours. Work culture here is very toxic and brutal and they make their employees feel worthless by constantly pointing out mistakes that aren't even theirs.
