Flexible work hours depending on the project Yearly anniversary benifits WFH facility for certain client projects Good management people, approachable folks

No flexibility while working in some projects Yearly hike is affected and not much hike No travel faciltity No process, projects are built in haste and you may have to work weekends sometimes
