Working at Q connect has severe issue including lack of growth opportunity a poor management know work live balance low model and under appreciations real talent is often side blind due to political man new wearing and mental harassment with in effective management further compounding the problems

Company support to tcs and tatasteel on oracle database .I learnt much,I was growing up in oracle database but some Conneqt management are not good

Dislikes

Conneqt management goes for break 10 times in which they have to smoke have tea. They give their work to Employee and make Employee mentally toucher.
