Used to be good at providing good salary, however not anymore

Dislikes

Connectwise leadership has gone paranoid, firing anyone at will, picking on someone, very biased towards quality engineering, which will result in customer issues in near future, unrealistic deadline, no clear roadmap. They have polluted culture of connectwise. Most of the experienced resources are leaving company because of leadership

When the Top to low levels of the management is full of cheap mindset, it creates most worst/disliked place to work. 1. Dirty politics is a little extra in this company. 2. They will not only charge you high as a buyback notice period but also stop you from getting immediate relief from your job without cooperating with you. 3. No F&F document will be provided to clear your doubts when they charge for a buy-back notice period. 4. They will make employee cry to get out of their company. 5. Worst HR department and management.
