Dislikes

Work Life balance -Pathetic minimum 12 Hrs working time for accounting staffs in Cochin (In month end and month starting days it may got up to 16-18 Hrs) . Salary- Low while Compared with other dealerships. Managers- Like dictators, treat employees as slavees Leaves-Company allows Sick/Casual/Earned Leaves, But Managers not approve any of these , if anybody takes without prior approval they were transferred to long distance locations.... I wasted My Golden 5+ Years there...... :-( remember One thing " We don't live to work we work to live"....Read More
