Dislikes

There are many dislikes 1) Company is understaffed 2) Poor Promotion and appraisals 3) They will force you to work in any project and that too with rotational shift 4) There is no Comp Off leave if you are working at client site. 5) Poor salary when compared to competative companies. 6) During joining they will ask to sign an Employment Bond of 3 or 5 years which they keep on increasing unethically and ambiguously, the bond usually starts after Probation period and the probation itself can extend till 2 years. 7) Reporting manager is of no use and is only there to approve leaves. 8) Management interface in every small descisions 9) They will keep on increasing your Bond period by unethical means very unprofessionally and keeping you helpless....Read More

Though there are hierarchy in organization But management still interfering in every small decisions Top Management is not ethically working or binded to there own commitment No strong leadership creation Growth is limited as very Unrealistic employement agreement of 5 years which unlimately end up with 6 to 7 years as clauses are very ambiguous.
