Work culture where appreciation is given to mediocrity and not open-minded people at manager level and there are many negative points. If in case you are olay to join CBA make sure to think twice ,as they will give good money bat time if joining,but after that it's all red flags.me sharing feedback comments here is to make sure the person who is reading this take right decision
